He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mullis and Pauline Mullis (Margene Mullis); and his son David Mullis. He is survived by: his sister Carol Kendrick; his daughter Vicki Lowry; his son-in-law Ken Lowry; his grandsons, Jacob and Josh Lowry; and his nieces, Elizabeth Kendrick and Nancy Christiansen.
