He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Keith Cosick (Kerry), Jenna Madrigal (Tony) and Aimee Kincade (Dylan); his stepdaughter Amber Elliott; and his grandchildren, Zack, Natalie Madrigal, Aubrey, Josie Kilakowske, Justin Kincade, Madison, Kyle Cosick, Emily Labrado, William Elliott, Gabrielle Tietjen, Serenity Baker, Alice Elliott and Genesis Tietjen.
