He is survived by: his wife Teri Hastings; his sons, Douglas Alen, Kenith Glenn, Ryan Kelly Hale and Aaron Jacob Hale (Darlene Hale); his siblings, Debbie, Kim, Randy, Richard and Eric; and his son Ken. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous extended family, and countless friends.
