It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ancel Hickman (Nevada City, California), born in Grass Valley, California, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard Hickman and Ethel Croff Hickman; his sister Gloria Jo (Gary Rushing); his grandson Scott Belon; and his stepson Bruce Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michelle Belon, Amber Pilcher, Susan Holt, Kristine Desalernos, Benjamin Hickman, Jami Smith and Dawn Whitmore; and his stepsons, Marcus Hamilton and Patrick Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece and nephews.
