He is survived by: his children, Wendy Roth (Tom), Denise Krutiak, Sandy Jenkins and Stephen Krutiak (Shiva); his son-in-law Mark Jenkins; his grandchildren, Joseph Krutiak, Nicole Gowey, Melinda Gowey, Samantha Roth, Cassandra, Ashleigh, Taylor Jenkins, Presley, Lacey and Niklas Krutiak; his great grandchildren, Alex Strehl, Enrique Cervantez and Violet Law; and his significant other Marcia Hoffman.
