He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Proscia and Marion Proscia; and his nephew Cooper Proscia. He is survived by: his child Phyllis'; his wife Phyllis; his sons, Brian Smits (Tia) and Jeff Smits (Michele); his grandchildren, PJ, Ariella and Talia; his siblings, David Proscia (Sharyl), Cathy McKinney (Bill), Laurie Proscia and Janie Proscia-Sines (Brooks); and his siblings-in-law, Lynne and Bill Cardwell. He is also survived by numerous friends and extended family.
