He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eva Villavicencio; his siblings, George and Jessie Martinez; his children, Richard (Suzanne), Becky (Neil Condra), Larry (Noriko Hashimoto), Sylvia (William Greenwood) and Andrew (Carina); and his grandchildren, Niko, Lee, Mathew, Aimee, Linnea Castro, Joel, Karl, Jakob, Nico and Miguel Alvarado-Greenwood. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
