She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Scott and George Scott; her brother Roy Scott; and her husband Richard Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Denise Anderson (Gerry) of Alta Sierra, Dennis Phillips (Sherry) of Shingle Springs, Donald Phillips (Debbie) of Purdy and Daniel Phillips (Tina) of Grass Valley; her granddaughter Kaylene (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Simon and Hugh Durfree of Newberg.
