She was predeceased by: her husband Moe Surofsky. She is survived by: her children, Linda Dougan (Bill) and Denny McEntire (Linda); her granddaughters, Debbie (Scott), Crystal (Bobby), Kelly (Scott) and Melanie (Erik); and her great grandchildren, Kayla, Drew and Bailey. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
