She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Price and Dorothy Beeler; and her brother William L. Price, Jr. (Tony A. Souza). She is survived by: her husband Tony A. Souza; her daughters, Kathleen A. Souza of Grass Valley and Dana Souza McAdams (Rob) of Loyalton, CA; and her grandchildren, Erik Shadburne (Rachel) of Windsor, CA, Adriane Shadburne Taylor (Bryan) of Perry, OK, Curtis McAdams of Santa Cruz, CA, Tony McAdams (Megan) of Grass Valley, CA and Joseph McAdams (Malenda) of Vinton, CA. She is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren.
