He is survived by: his wife Betty Ellyn; and his children, Craig Garner (Marian), Jan MacDonald (Bob), Ginny Kurtzman (Hal) and Terry Farnham (David). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family from his second marriage.
