He is survived by: his wife Esther Vargas of LeGrand; his children, Joel Salcido of LeGrand and Sissiley Childers of Merced; his grandchildren, Aaron, Axel, Ariella and Adalynn; his great grandchild Camila; and his siblings, Cary Childers (Carol) of Eugene Oregon, Brian Childers (Becky) of Nevada City, Judy Morsette of San Diego and Sharyl Brown (Mike) of Grass Valley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
