He is survived by: his sisters, Josephine Perry and Rosalie McCrory; his former wife Rosalie Tappero; his daughters, Wendy Willoughby (Matthew) and Tina Hookom (David); his granddaughters, Olivia, Simone Willoughby, Madeline and Juliette Hookom; his stepchildren, Kevin Elorza and Piper Wagner; and his stepgrandchildren, Madisen Teresa Elorza, Shianne and Bodey Wagner.
