She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane and Walter; her husband Jim O'Brien; her sons, Cary and Peter; and her siblings, Ronald Rockers and Leeanne Rockers Verhaalan.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel (Catherine) and Tom (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Sean, Kevin, James, Jayson, Mary, Guinevere and Kyra; and her great grandchildren, Killian and Osiris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Mercy Associates through St. Patrick's Church, Grass Valley.
