He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Fowler and Faye Fowler; his wife Cece; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law George Cooper; his brother Don; and his sister-in-law Marlene Fowler.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Tom Janousek; his granddaughter Katie (Clark Branscum); his great grandchildren, Lily and Daisy Branscum; and his brother-in-law Leroy Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
