He is survived by: his daughter Joanna Katherine (Andy Trygstad); his wife Ann; his grandchildren, Grant, Gavin, Jeff (Kara) and Alexis; his brother Dennis (Judy); his sister-in-law Nancy Gaines; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Alan, Amanda, Deni, Kelley and Dusty.
