She is survived by: her siblings, Abelardo and Evangelina (San Diego); her husband Carl Bautista; her daughters, Heidi Leigh Bautista and Erika Nicole Bautista; and her siblings, Erlinda, Vivencio, Florencio, Norma and Joel.

Estelita pursued a nursing education at M.V. Gallego Foundation College of Nursing in Cabanatuan City and soon after traveled to the United States in March 1980 with her youngest siblings Norma and Joel.
