She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Faulk and Alice Faulk. She is survived by: her spouse J. T. Boydstun, Jr.; her sons, Eric and Todd; her daughters-in-law, Peri-Ann and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Piper, Brooke, Bodie, Darci and Courtney; and her great grandchild Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, Charlene requested that memorials be sent to Hospice Circle of Love, in Enid, OK.
