She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bartow and Cecilia Bartow; her husband Norman Long; her son Alan Long of Odessa; her brother Dick; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Silverman.
She is survived by: her brother Fred Bartow (Marilyn); her children, Norma Jane Seward (Jimmy) of Odessa, Sheri Long, Greg Long (Patti) and Mark Long (Lisa); her grandchildren, Clint (Cindy), Mindy (Brent), Jeff (Laura), Nick (Sarah), Tom (Kandace), Amanda, Mindi (Kehl), Jordan, Kelsey and Carlie Long; and her great grandchildren, Tyler (Heather), Jacie, Remie, Samantha, Rylie, Olivia, Ayden, Austin, Reese, Sawyer and Kelly. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews and their children.
Winnie contributed to countless charities, please in lieu of flowers continue her legacy by also donating to one of her favorites, Collabria Hospice and Day Services, St. Jude's Children and North Bay Regional Center.
