He is survived by: his friends, John, Rich, Randy, Debbie, Patty, Heidi, Carol and Cindy; his children, DisneyLand, Yosemite, Mexico and Tahoe; his wife Karen Lee; his daughter Natalee Kae; his former wife Cindy Leigh; his children, Michael Allen (Sofia Marie) and Jenna Louise (Ben Joel); his grandsons, Carson Levi, Chase Matthew-Burdette and Carter Allen; his mother Nancy; his stepparents, Bob and Dorothy; and his siblings, Chris, Mark, Julie and Michelle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
