She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hallford and Melissa Hammond Hallford; and her husband Roger Dougherty. She is survived by: her son Brian Dougherty (Rita) of Suisun City; and her siblings, Richard Hallford (Evelyn) of Colorado Springs, CO, Daryl Hallford (Kari) of Munising, MI, Rodger Hallford (Gail) of Fairfield, CA and Sharon Fata (Richard) of Napa. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
