He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Collins and Ralph Collins; and his wife Karen Collins. He is survived by: his son Patrick Collins; his daughter-in-law Valerie Clemen; his grandchildren, Alana and Clark Collins; and his stepdaughter Andrea (David Sullivan).
