Richard Kistner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Kistner of Napa, California, born in Janesville, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Richard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Henrietta "Hank" Koehl; and his children, Mary Bitzer, Michael Kistner, Susan McKinney, Jeanne Kistner, John Kistner, Denise Lewis, Nancy Kistner, Cheryl Radich and Therese Martinez.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Apollinaris Catholic Church (3700 Lassen St, Napa, CA 94558).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that acts of kindness be done in Dick's honor, reflecting the love and compassion he shared throughout his lifetime.
