He was predeceased by: his grandmother Evelyn Cunningham. He is survived by: his brother Ryan Smith; his grandparents, Robert Cunningham, Roger Smith and Margaret Smith; and his uncles, Laura Cunningham, Fred Byers, Susan Maionchi, Steve Maionchi, Khandi Smith and Raymond Smith. He is also survived by son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend.
