He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Price and Louella Matthews Price; his former wife Alyce Hammond Price; and his brothers, Robert and Jack Price.
He is survived by: his wife Etheleen; his daughters, Gaylyne Price, Renee Price Noyes and Karla Green (Keith); his grandchildren, Dr. Brandon Noyes (Tara) and Erica Lankford (Scott); his great grandchildren, Bryce and Ella; his granddaughter Andrea Whiseant (Tim); his great grandchild Addison; and his siblings, Lois Aldrin and David Price.
