She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Wallis and Raymond Wallis; and her grandson Casey Duckworth. She is survived by: her husband William J. Klew; her daughter Sandra Faulk; her son-in-law Robert Faulk, Jr. of Roseville, CA; her son Kenneth Klew; her daughter-in-law Georgeann Klew of Napa, CA; and her grandsons, William Faulk of Redding, CA, Steven Faulk of Roseville, CA, Spencer Klew of Napa, CA and Brandon Duckworth (Mia Duckworth) of Long Beach, CA..

“I was at Brookdale playing today and heard of Pat’s passing. I was so hoping to see her again after a covid year of no music there. I am so sorry for your loss. This is a big shock to me. My deepest sympathy. I loved her enthusiasm for music and I loved her support and encouragement everytime i was there to play the piano for chorus or afternoon music. I will miss her so.
