She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Lee Milt (Oliver); and her husband Larry McPhail. She is survived by: her daughter Candice Lipson (Powell); her son-in-law Jamil Lipson; her grandchildren, Caeleah Helm, Aspyn Piolet and Harper Lipson; her father Charles Milt; and her siblings, Kathy Milt and Charles Milt. She is also survived by step children, step grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
