With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Blaylock Arndt (Napa, California), born in Randolph, Mississippi, who passed away on August 14, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Zona and Orson Jr.; and her husband Harold. She is survived by: her friend Harriet; and also Van Vleet. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and their children, and her many friends.
