Giambastini (Lindblad); his stepdaughter Heather L. Havard; and his grandchildren, Rustin B. Lindblad, Benjamin L. Lindblad, Megan N. Giambastini and Emily M. Giambastini.
In lieu of flowers, John would have wanted donations to go to the Kiwanis Club of Napa.
