We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2019, at the age of 78, Joel Duncan (Napa, California), born in Vallejo, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Scott, Wayne, Todd and Lorrie of Napa; his parents, Raymond Duncan and Elenore Kilburg; and his wife Barbara Costa (Bobbie). He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
