He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zola Wiggins and Wilford Wiggins; his wife Barbara Burnam Wiggins; his daughters, Kim (Chris Henderson), Stacee Cootes and Wendy (Steve Lombardi); and his granddaughters, Hailey, Olivia Henderson, Sierra and Kaylee Cootes. He was also cherished by daughters, sons-in-law, and granddaughters.
