He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebecca (Becky). He is survived by: his children, Carri, Michael and Peggy; his grandchildren, Danni, Lindsay, Matthew, Nicki, Cooper, Zachary, Luke, Oliver, Julian and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Drake, Jaeylynn, Matthew (MJ) and Cayden; and his wife Patricia Calhoun.
