He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Lowery; his parents, Ernest Lowery and Vera Wiley; and his sons, Frank Lowery Jr. and John Lowery.
He is survived by: his close friend Lillian Hartenstein; his stepchildren, Seanna Villarreal (Chris Shroyer) and Tony Villarreal (Lisa Walton); his grandchildren, Steven Bowen (Jennifer Sela Bowen), Jesse Lowery, Shanna Kennedy, Brittany Lowery, Michelle Lara (David Lara), Anthony Villarreal, Shyanne Fisch, Gabriel Villarreal, Misty Warren (Charles Warren) and Dawn Shroyer; his great grandchildren, Lydia Bowen, Vivian Bowen, Anthony Lowery and Harmony Nunley; and his son Napa.
