He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Krueger, Della Lair (Al) and Zane Vorhes (SaraLu) of Sacramento; his granddaughters, Alicia Vorhes of Boise, Idaho and Jessica Steele (Scott) of Kuna Idaho; his great grandchildren, Aiyana Miller, Jaden Steele and Wesley Steele; and his wife Jane.
David was a member of the California Waterfowl Association Ducks Unlimited, and The Elk Foundation.
