With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Sue Milne (Napa, California), who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harmon Parrott and Lora Parrott; her husband John Milne; her children, Tammy Scorza, Doug Gribble, Kim, Paul O'Malley and Michael Gribble; her grandchildren, Michelle, Andrew Crane, Mitchell, Katie Scorza, Kevin, Tara O'Malley, Siobhan O'Malley and Liam O'Malley; and also, Grace, Bella Crane, Riley Scorza and Rose O'Malley.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Florence Douglas Center at 333 Amador Street, Vallejo, CA 94590, in her memory.
