She was predeceased by: her stepchildren, David and Linda. She is survived by: her children, Carole Cook (Dewayne), Michael Wiley (Sheri), Robert Wiley (Rhonda) and Thomas Wiley (Romelia); her husband Merchant Marine; and her children, David Blaziek (Susan), Linda Blaziek, Patricia Zavela and Mitchel Blaziek. She is also survived by her parents, two sisters.

Toni passed away peacefully on March 1st, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
