“Verna was my aunt, my moms younger sister. With her passing she is the last one of her generation because their older brother, Wallace, and their younger brother, Jerry, preceded them in death. What I know about Verna, from personally knowing her and what my mom had said, was she was very family oriented, she was a very faithful and loyal wife. Qualities becoming more and more rare to find in someone today.”
