He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Brooks and Dorothy Peters Brooks; and his sister Karen Brooks Winters. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Huggins; his granddaughter Kaiya Huggins; and his brothers, Richard Brooks (Debbie) and Brian Brooks (April). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
