He is survived by: his mother Juanita Piatkowski of Virginia; his sons, Brixton and Kellan; his friends, Everybody Loves Raymond and That; his wife Kristi; his parents-in-law, Mary and Ron Van Dyke of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his siblings, Elvia Carrera-Bucio (Luis) of Moreno Valley, California, Julie Ponce of Fullerton, California, Marci Rubero (Jay) of Anaheim, California and Daniel Ponce (Patti) of Santa Ana, California; and his sister-in-law Diane Brockberg (Mark) of Jasper, Minnesota. He is also survived by ten nieces and seven nephews.
