We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2023, at the age of 68, Kevin Anthony Rafferty Sr. in Murrieta, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Rafferty; his children, Erin Cross and Kevin Rafferty Jr.; and his siblings, Daniel Rafferty and Maureen Forgette. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
