“Capt Sparkenbach was one of my academy instructors in 1965. We sure looked up to him! I never had the pleasure of working with him during by career . I wish I had. He was a prime example of professionalism and leadership. God bless John and may he rest in peace.My sincere condolences to his family. They don’t make many like him anymore.
