She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Vlk and Marcela Vlk; her husband George A. Sirak; her daughter Karen A. Palys; her brother-in-law Robert Raczyk; her son Randal G. Sirak (Dee); her son-in-law Fred Palys; her grandchildren, Randee Wynn (Mark), Kevin Palys, Michelle Larson (Ryan) and Steven Sirak; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Wynn, Cash and Stella Larson.
She is survived by: her sister Sylvia Raczyk.
