He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Allen; his wife Mandy Allen (Wood); his daughters, Katie, Brooke and Reagan Allen; his sister Rachel Tabutol (Allen); his siblings-in-law, Warren Tabutol, Tyler Wood, Rand Wood, Paul Milam, Cindi Wood, Brenda Milam and Michelle Wood; his nieces and nephews, Trevor Wood, Austin Wood, Cameron Wood, Connor Wood, Mark Tabutol, McKenna Wood, Maya Tabutol, Brianna Wood and Sadie Wood; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Scarlett Wood, Leo Wood, Astrid Wood and Violet Wood; his daughter Jamie Primer (DeCastro); his son-in-law Nick Primer; his grandchildren, McKenna, Eliam, Olivia and Saige Primer; his uncle Steve Allen; and his cousins, John Allen, Emily Allen, Atticus Lanigan and Keagan Allen.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Murrieta United Methodist Church of Murrieta, Ca (24652 Adams Ave, Murrieta, CA 92562). In the spring of his first year in the district, the Covid pandemic hit.
