He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley M. Holt. He is survived by: his father Donald A. Holt; his siblings, Donald C. Holt (Darlene), Dayle D. Holt (Connie), Dana "Kiki" R. Brisco and D'Anda M. Holt; and his pets, Banjo and Barnie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
