He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Thurman Hopkins and Pearl Louvena Ward Hopkins; his daughter Deanna; his wife Velma Dean; his daughter Nancy Bellemeur; his brothers, Leroy Hopkins and Donald Hopkins of Nevada; his grandchildren, Heidi Woods, Chad Opstedal and Sean Bellemeur; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Makenzie Woods, Morgan, Reid Opstedal, Peyton, Kiera and Audrey Bellemeur.
