She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Helen Dickason (King) and Junior Thomas Dickason; and her sister Sally Starling. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick and John McCarthy; her grandchildren, Sara Montgomery (John), Patrick McCarthy and John McCarthy (Lexie); her great grandchildren, Annabelle and Colin; and her siblings, Linda Walker and Oscar Dickason (Carol). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
