Smith; his nephew Samuel Troy Harper; his sisters, Annies Smith-McCarden (Bernard), Darlene Hurst and Mary Sampson; his nephews, Monte Smith, Jamaal McCarden and Justin McCarden; and also Debra Hampton (Shirley Smith). He is also survived by many cousins, and a large, loving, and extended family.
