She is survived by: her mother Darlene Cheula of Redding, CA; her siblings, Leslie Derr (Dennis) of Redding, CA, Michael and Matthew Cheula (Wendy) of Mr; her son Jayson Smith (Samantha) of Coalinga, CA; her brother Ryan Smith of Mt. Shasta, CA; and her grandchildren, Kate and Jack Smith.
