He is survived by: his wife Mary Worley; his sister Connie Beasley; his brother-in-law John Stout; his children, Yvonna Ensle (Bob) and Lloyd Wayne Worley II; his stepdaughters, Patricia Ballard-Faulkner (Dale) and Sandra Ballard; his grandchildren, James Lloyd Ballard, Kaylee Graves, Amanda Kimball (Wade), Stephanie Rigg and Michaela Ensle; and his great grandchildren, Annabell Ballard Dunn, Olyvia, Cooper and Dakota Kimball Including.
