Karen Kay Copsey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2023, at the age of 69, Karen Kay Copsey (Mount Shasta, California), born in Petaluma, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jack Copsey and Barbara Copsey (Noble); her stepfather Frank; her husband John Adamson of Mount Shasta; her siblings, Glenda Paepke (Steve) of Herald, John Copsey (Joanne) of Redding, Brad Copsey (Debbie) of Shingletown, Jennifer Ciccone (Chris) of Dove Canyon and Laurie Barton (Drew) of Windsor; her aunt Nikki Benson of Pleasant Hill; and her pet Eiger. She was also cherished by 18 nieces and nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews.
To carry on Karen's creative legacy, the Karen Copsey Memorial Fund has been established at the Community Foundation of the North State. Donations will benefit the arts and art programs in Siskiyou County.
